Do you work from a studio?

    My photography style is natural, relaxed and informal, so I usually work on location rather than in a traditional photography studio. Portrait sessions can take place in your own home, local parks, gardens, countryside locations around Harrogate, or anywhere that has special meaning to you.
    Where possible, I use natural light to create flattering and authentic photographs. However, I also have professional portable lighting and backdrop equipment available should a studio-style setup be required. Please browse the galleries above to see examples of both approaches.

    As an event photographer based in Harrogate, I regularly photograph birthday parties, anniversaries, family celebrations and special events throughout North Yorkshire. I often arrive before guests to capture relaxed family portraits before documenting the event itself. Depending on your requirements, I can either set up a dedicated portrait area or work unobtrusively throughout the event, capturing natural moments as they happen.
    Whether it's a family portrait, a milestone birthday or a special celebration, my goal is to create photographs you'll enjoy looking back on for years to come.

Have you photographed a School Prom?

    Yes, I have photographed many school proms across Harrogate, North Yorkshire and the surrounding area. Prom photography is always great fun, with students wanting photographs with friends and family before heading off to sixth form, university or the next stage of their lives.
    I capture everything from formal group photographs and individual portraits to relaxed candid images throughout the evening.

Can we order prints?

    Yes. All photographs are supplied through a secure online gallery where you, your family and your guests can view and order professional-quality prints. Prints are produced by a professional photographic laboratory and delivered directly to your chosen address, usually within a few working days.

What about a Photo Book?

    A professionally designed photo book is a wonderful way to preserve your photographs and tell the story of your portrait session or event. Albums and books are available in a range of styles and sizes and provide a lasting keepsake for years to come.

Do We Receive the Digital Images?

    Yes. There are several options available:
    • Online gallery access with the ability to order professional prints.
    • Online gallery access plus high-resolution digital image files supplied electronically.
    • Online gallery access plus digital files supplied on a USB drive if preferred.
    Digital files can be used for personal printing, sharing with friends and family, and posting on social media.
